Meet Eden’s Garden: a growing collection of gentle, playful learning activities. Explore the Eden OS computer experience and the app we’re building for families.

Eden’s Garden began with one little girl who needed something a bit different. Our hope is that, one day, it can help many more children learn, play and blossom.
Eden has faced challenges since birth due to medical issues, leaving her a little behind in some areas of learning and development. Like any parent, we want to give her every opportunity to learn, grow and have fun at her own pace.
We noticed that there isn’t much good educational software designed for children who learn a little differently. And when you do find something suitable, it’s often hidden behind a subscription or paywall.
So we asked ourselves: why not try to build something ourselves? That was the beginning of Eden’s Garden OS.
We’ve been building a child-friendly operating system for an iMac, hoping to make it a very special Christmas present for Eden. It’s a colourful, safe and welcoming place to explore numbers, letters, reading, puzzles, creativity, feelings and everyday routines.
Everything is designed with children like Eden in mind—especially those who might need more time, a little extra support or a different approach to learning. Clear pictures, gentle encouragement and familiar layouts help children explore at their own pace.
After talking with other parents, we realised this could help more families too. So we’re working towards making Eden’s Garden available for phones, tablets and computers, alongside the original Eden OS.
We’re still at an early stage, and there’s lots of work ahead. Once we have a fully working baseline, we’d love to get it into as many children’s hands as possible.
Every child deserves the chance to blossom, in their own way and in their own time.
